Slow, intentional breath patterns help soften your system, increase safety, and create space for release. Breath becomes the doorway into presence and regulation.
2. Bodywork & Fascia Movement
Through gentle touch, pressure, and fascia‑focused movement, we support your body in unwinding tension, armour, and emotional residue. These movements help hydrate and mobilize the fascia, allowing your system to soften and release in a safe, paced way.
3. Immersive Sound Journeys
Using headphones, sound and vibration guide your system into deeper states of calm, clarity, and aliveness. This supports emotional release and nervous‑system regulation in a gentle, non‑verbal way.
4. Trauma‑Informed Integration
We close each session with grounding, reflection, and nervous‑system‑friendly integration so your body can absorb the shifts safely and sustainably.

I'm Jodi, a trauma-informed practitioner and the founder of Inner Body Lab. My path into this work began in 2016 during a life-changing snowstorm in Iceland, an experience that opened me to the deeper intelligence of the body and set me on a nine-year journey of inner discovery.
Since then, I've trained in breathwork, meditation, HeartMath, and holosomatic bodywork therapy. My studies with the HeartMath Institute in 2017 revealed the profound impact of breath on the nervous system, and my own healing journey taught me how stress, armour, and emotional residue live in the body — and how gently they can be released.
For years, I lived in my head: choosing rationality over intuition, dissociated from my body and carrying far more than my system could hold. Through somatic practices, I learned to soften, regulate, and reconnect with my feminine energy. This work transformed me, and now I support others in doing the same.
Inner Body Lab is the culmination of a nine-year cycle, a space for experimentation, healing, and embodied transformation. Here, I invite you to explore breath, body, and energy as pathways to release tension, unwind trauma, and reclaim your aliveness.
